The previous PDF that I posted had “Kickstarter Backer Edition” on the title page – I’ve removed that and added the “public” release which will appear in the “retail” version of the book, to which I will publish a link soon.
I have also made the LaTeX source code available in a GitHub repository. Feel free to add issues, fork a translation (as some previous commenters offered), or add new material!
Also, the hard copies came in today. Now I need to get my exam-preparing students to sit down with me and get get them addressed and in the mail!

After much work, the first edition of The Rook’s Guide to C++ is out. It’s been sent to the printer today, and should be here in Vermont by the end of the year!
